Our case data information is not available on this website, however, it can be reached at www.trustee13.com.

You must be a party of interest before you will be allowed access to any case information.  This means you must be a debtor, debtor attorney, creditor, or creditor attorney.  The Trustee does not allow for blanket access to any entity outside the office.

If you do not already have an Internet Access Agreement on file with our office, you may submit one according to the requirements in the following document:  IAA

If the document is not completed in its entirety, then you will be denied access until the issue(s) is/are resolved. 

It might take up to ten working days from the time your submit your completed, approved IAA.  Email is the only way in which we will contact you regarding your IAA and subsequent approval.  We will not call you or fax you to let you know.  Please wait a minimum of ten working days from the date in which you submit your IAA before submitting a request for an update to geninfo@ch13-12westtex.org. 

You might also access case data information at the National Data Center.  Access to this website is independent of the access to this website or www.trustee13.com.  You will need to complete whatever requirements for the National Data Center.

The case data available on www.trustee13.com is updated each night and will contain data from the previous working day.  This update usually occurs before 8AM, but sometimes can be as late as 11AM.
